Cancellation
Cancellation of a service with FSHOST occurs automatically when the pre-paid rental period expires. You do not have to do anything if you no longer want to utilize the services provided by FSHOST. You cannot cancel a product within the pre-paid period. It is the customers own responsibility to determine the time period in which the product is needed.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for network failure/issues, lack of features or if your server can't be used because of a client issue.
