Choose the server location closest to your players for the best performance and lowest latency.
Availability
Not all locations are available on both Free and Pro tiers. Check the pricing page for your game to see location availability.
Available Locations
We offer server locations across multiple regions:
North America
- United States (East Coast) - On request, excluding CS2
- United States (West Coast) - Ashburn, VA
Europe
- Germany - Frankfurt and Falkenstein
- France - Gravelines
- Finland - Helsinki
Asia-Pacific
- Singapore - Excluding CS2
Future Locations
We're open to adding more locations based on demand and pricing. We'd need at least 10 Pro users interested in a location to make it viable.

- United Kingdom
- Poland
How to Choose a Location
Consider these factors when selecting your server location:
- Player Geography - Where are most of your players located?
- Latency - Choose the location closest to the majority of your players
- Time Zones - Consider when your players are most active
- Availability - Some locations may be Pro-only
Testing Latency
Before creating your server, test ping to our locations to find the best one for your players.
Changing Locations
WARNING
You cannot move servers between locations yourself.
To move your server:
- Contact support via Discord or ticket (Pro)
- We'll process the request when available
- Limited to 2-3 moves per server
If you regularly need multiple regions, create separate servers for each location.
Choose carefully during initial setup!
