What is FSHOST.me?
FSHOST.me is a game server hosting platform that offers both free and paid (Pro) plans. We support various popular games (mostly FPS) and provide easy-to-use tools for managing your game servers.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need to create a free account to use FSHOST.me services, whether you're using free or Pro servers.
What games are supported?
Our most popular games are Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6, and Call of Duty 4. Check out our website Games page for the complete list of supported games.
Free Servers
How long can I use a free server?
Free servers will stay online for as long as you're playing on it. However, you do need to join the server within 5 mins to stop it being killed for inactivity.
Can I upgrade my free server to Pro?
While you cannot directly upgrade a free server, you can rent a Pro server separately and most of the settings are configured already.
Are there any limitations on free servers?
Free servers have limitations on features (fewer plugins/mods), and location availability compared to Pro servers. See the Free vs Pro page for detailed comparisons.
Pro Servers
How much do Pro servers cost?
Pro server pricing varies based on the game. Our price includes an 18-slot (player limit) server, and it's possible to increase if you require more, for a small extra fee per month. Visit our pricing page for current rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment providers. Our payment processor is Stripe so you can check on their site for supported countries.
Can I cancel my Pro server subscription?
We don't currently run a subscription for servers. All payments are manual top-ups by you so we can't take any money without it being in your FSHOST account balance first.

What if I can't connect to my server?

How do I access my server console?
Pro servers have console access available through the Console tab. See Console Access for more information.
Can I install custom plugins or mods?
Pro servers support custom plugins and mods through FTP, please talk to support to get started. Free servers do not have this customisation option.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Normally within a few minutes. We aim to respond to all support requests (during work hours) within 1 hour. Anything opened outside of working hours will be within 12 hours max. Pro server customers receive priority support over free.
